What Chu Know Bout Post-Election Withdrawal Syndrome???
So the election of our lifetime is over...what a Negro to do???
1. I am having these symptoms from working on the campaign for six months. It is hard to kick the political habit. I have to make myself not talk about politics with friends and family for fear of annoyance. I am re-programming myself for normal social functions. I am staying away from MSNBC, CNN, and even Faux news. However I still catch myself in the middle of the night yelling..."Vote 4 Change on Nov. 4th!" It is hard out there for an Obamabot!!
2. This has been one of the best two weeks ever for me. First, I have three days of great sex. Then, I got hired by a wonderful non-profit organization that helps the homeless. Then I went to Cincinnati to help campaign for Obama, and we won Ohio and Indiana. Then I was told that I would be paid an extra two weeks, which ties me over until I start my job in December. Plus the my democratic state Senator and representative won in a highly republican area. Plus my new job is salary with benefits, and it is an 9-5. Yes I had to do a praise dance on that!
