Update: Please Read!
First of all, thank you to everyone who left their advice and input in the previous post! It was really helpful and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that you all took the time to share your thoughts :)
After a lot of contemplating, the decision I've come to is that the rule WILL STAY.
So remember:
--- if you appreciate the time I spend subbing
--- if you want to see this site stay alive
--- if you want to have a place to EASILY download HQ subbed videos
--- if you have any humanity or respect in you
PLEASE do not upload my subbed videos to streaming sites like youtube, dailymotion, megavideo, etc
It may not seem like a big deal to you but I want to keep subbing for as long as possible. And the best way to do that is to keep things underground. I know there isn't a huge chance of getting in trouble with record companies but I don't want to take that chance. Please, please, please help me out by not breaking this rule.
I mean, come on, there aren't even that many rules in this comm! I don't force you to comment or leave your email to get the download link. I don't constantly rant about people not commenting enough. I'm generally a laid back person so I definitely don't want to become some crazed dictator running around yelling at rule breakers. Please understand my reasons behind this ONE restriction!
So in conclusion, the rule stays.

Now to address some things people commented on:
Making It Harder To Download The Videos (aka. passwords, moderated membership, commenting for download link, etc)
- I don't think I could ever do stuff like that. I would be like punishing the people who do follow the rules by making them jump through hoops. And frankly, no matter how strict I make things, the people who want to break the rules will still find a way. Putting everything under five locks and making people promise their first born to get access would make me seriously depressed. And defeat the whole purpose of this site. I wouldn't have even friend-locked the entries if it wasn't for fear of getting in trouble.
Hunting Down And Harassing Rule Breakers
- I've already tried reasoning with them so I don't think yelling is going to give any better results. Plus dealing with their dumb replies is what got me so fed up in the first place. I'm just sick of it all. So I'm going to pass on this. However, if you do see my videos uploaded somewhere and feel the need to point out to that person that it's against the rules, you are free to do so *wink* Only if you want to though! I'm not going to force people to become my deputies and hunt others down. If you want to say something, say it. If you don't want to deal with the drama, then move on by.
Putting "Do Not Upload To Streaming Sites" On The Video Itself.
- I've thought about this a couple of times but I just can't bring myself to do it. I see music videos as a piece of art and the thought of plastering a big old sign across the top makes me shudder. There's no way I could uglify the videos like that. Yeah, I'm weird... Plus, I've seen other videos like that on youtube so it doesn't make much difference anyways.

- As if! Unless something drastic happens in my life, there's no way I would ever give this up. I love music and nothing makes me happier than sharing it with others :D Plus as long as there are sweet and considerate people who follow the rules and leave encouraging comments, I can never be discouraged for long. *HUGS*
