15th Explosion // Mello // [Accidental video]
[First there is only a paw, two paws, dainty and black and small. Yoshi has found a jigoberry again. Then there's the kitten's face, big black ears perked to full attention, and yellow eyes huge. There's the sound of a door opening and Yoshi looks up towards the source, galloping off towards it.]

[The sound of Matt's voice comes from the bedroom. He's been in there the whole time Mello was gone, monitoring the goings-on of the apartment and playing his found DS at the same time. No wonder the cat is hungry for attention.]

Fucking adorable. Nothing helpful, God knows how much time elapsed between the deaths and our arrival.
We need to go to the library, if you stop being a pussy we might even be able to find autopsy reports at the hospital.
[Yoshi bats the paper into the room. When he's satisfied that its stopped moving Yoshi picks it up and brings the paper ball proudly over to Matt]

[This said not to the cat, but at the mention of going somewhere...especially the library. ESPECIALLY the hospital. Matt places the DS aside and leans down to pick up the paper ball.]
Maybe later? Haven't spent any quality time with Yosh today.
[The redhead smiles and fakes a throw, which sends the cat running until he figures it out. Matt scoots over, making the space beside him seem as inviting as possible.]

[Matt reaches into his vest pocket, pulling out a cigarette pack and his lighter. He lights up, taking a drag and watching Yoshi before smiling up at Mello again.]
Guess I'd have plenty of energy too if I had too breakfasts.
[The paper is dropped at his feet and Matt throws it again, this time in Mello's direction.]
Didn't realize you'd already fed him until it was too late.

He's growing, he'll be fine. I couldn't not feed him, four AM all I hear is this constant meowing as if Lassie was sick and Timmy was stuck in a goddamn well. Once I opened the can of tuna he shut the fuck up.
