-gooey stringy cheese!
-tons of vegetables on top, but this is optional cause i can get down with a simple cheese affair
-a crust of medium thickness, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside (that's what she said)
-sauce that isn't sweet and preferably a bit garlicky
