[Flynn is just looking for a place to sit, really. He sees a woman at a table ordering a drink, but isn't sure if he's welcome to join her. To be honest, he wouldn't mind talking to someone, but...well...the Commandant honestly didn't want to intrude, either.

[When the waiter comes back with Sheena's tea, she murmurs a request for a glass of water. When he comes back, drink in hand, Sheena just smiles a bit.]
