details on Superman: Earth One
Collected Editions, a fantastic blog that covers all things comic books in collected editions, reports that the solicitation for Superman: Earth One has been posted on Amazon, where you can preorder it too.
Like the average collected edition, Superman: Earth One will be collected in hardcover. The price is $19.99 (I'm sure you can get a discount to $14.99 or better on Amazon or BN after it comes out) and it's 128 pages. It will be released on September 7, 2010, which is a LONG ass wait. >:(
I'm assuming Batman: Earth One will be about the same in terms of length, price, and maybe release date too. I'll be sure to post about it here when I hear more.
