S/B moment in MK vs. DC

Will post this under a cut since it has spoilers (and it's before the last boss too). If you want to see the whole DC side of the story here's a link from youtube, and here's the MK side since it completes the game's story in its entirety.

(Scene starts at 03:17) I wasn't really that wowed with this game's story mode but this part made it worth it. Loved how Bruce is always Clark's voice of reason when he's all evil/possessed/not himself and I love that Clark pretty much always ends up listening to him and snapping out of it. I just love how these two care about eachother and it's evident when Superman wants to go fight Dark Khan (Darkseid and Shao Kahn combined) by himself because he feels responsible for creating this whole mess (He shot his heat vision at Darkseid while he was in the boom tube and that combined with what Raiden did to Shao Kahn in his portal is what caused the problems in the game). After making his intentions of fighting the baddie by himself Bruce protests because obviously he's worried for Clark's safety as he warns him about Dark Kahn and not so subtly says that he wants to go with him. And then Clark gets what Bruce was trying to say (because these two can read eachother like a book) and puts his hand on Bruce's shoulder and smiles and thanks him which is pretty much the only touching that occurs between two characters in the whole game that does not involve fighting (and the only part in the game that made me squee). Still even though Clark appreciates Bruce's intentions and knows he can hold his own in a fight, he's not going to risk his friend's life so he turns and flies off alone... And then Bruce gets frustrated and mutters "Damn impulsive..." obviously it's not the first time Clark disregards his warning and jumps head on into danger  without measuring the consequences (and you can see how that bothers someone who's a master tactician like Bruce).  Bruce doesn't finish what he was going to say and keeps his feelings bottled up and there's nothing left but to wish Clark good luck (and you can imagine the tremendous frustration and stress he's getting from not being able to do anything).

But yeah game was good, didn't blow my mind but it was good and even though I preffer Street Fighter type of fast pace fighting MK vs. DC provides a challenge and it's not a button smasher type of game *cough* Super Smash Brothers Brawl *cough* (even though I love that game anyway). I do have some complaints though. First off  in story mode how the whole characters fighting eachother was a giant big misunderstanding  (The whole "Arghhh I'm raging" thing can only work for so much situations), also if you're doing the DC side there's no chapters with Catwoman and Deathstroke which was a biiiiig rip off >:(. Then there's the way the female characters look like their boobs are going to pop out or their thongs are going into their asses (I think Catwoman had the most decent costume and I would have gone with Sonya if her nipples weren't see through). And Clark was kind of MIA in the DC chapters (he dissappears then he's frozen by an angry Sub-Zero and then he leaves again) and didn't get to kicked butt until the end. But I did like some of the levels like Wonder Woman's battle with Sub-Zero I couldn't stop admiring the fortress/Lin Kuei temple level or the contrast between Paradise island and Shan Tsung's hellish Island Fortress not to mention Gotham City's different stages.

Edit: I hope the LJ-cut doesn't mess this post, and if it does forgive me and be sure that I am fixing it right now.
