Disclaimer: i dont own them. i want them, but they are not mine. I wrote this a while ago and couldn't remember if I posted it. It has been a long time since I have written for this community, I hope to post more in the future!
“You’re all I want Bruce, your all I’ve ever wanted.” Clark whispered
“How could you possibly want me?” Bruce whispered back turning to look away from Clarks stare.
“How can you ask me that?” Clark says as he grabs Bruces chin and turns his face to him “I love you”
At that point Bruce makes eye contact with Clark. The look in his eye brings tears to Clark’s.
“I didn’t think anyone could love or want me.” Bruce chokes out trying to hide his tears
“What” Clark blurts out in disbelief “why?”
“Because look at me, I'm an angry messed up piece of work. I would hurt you. I know I would” Bruce whispers as he tries to pull away.
“Bruce baby I don’t care how messed up you are. We can fix that, I can fix that. And you have good reason to be angry.” Clark says with tears running down his cheeks.
“I don’t wanna hurt you.” Bruce sobs “Everyone I get close to gets hurt.”
Clark chuckles
“What’s so funny” Bruce sneers
Clark tilts Bruces face towards him “I’m superman remember. I liked to see someone try to take me away from you.”
At this point Bruce lose his control on his emotion. He just lets go. Clark pulls him close “I love you Bruce, just let me love you” he says as he rocks Bruce until the sobbing stops. He looks down at Bruce who looks up to meet his eyes “I love you Clark I love you so much.” Bruce says as his eyes slowly close and he drifts off into well needed and well deserved sleep.
