Rhapsody in Blue, Day 6

I didn't get a cold, but I got decidedly weakened by my little walk in the rain last night.
George brought in donuts for breakfast this morning, tho. :3
Not much has happened today, other than the fact that George gave me the afternoon off to go buy a dress for when I participate in Talent Nite on Friday. He's a real sweetie, he is.
I ended up eating vendor food for lunch -- hot dogs! Which was amazingly good. Mm... ketchup.
The dress I got is pretty sensible, but it's nice-- navy blue (I didn't have much of a choice when it came to color, everything was either blue or purple) with a scoop neck and tee-sleeves, and it's about mid-calf. And I'm wearing Ruby's old pumps from my uniform. I think I look presentable. =)
I stopped at the drug store to get some hair elastics, too, and I ended up getting a soda too.
All in all, I spent 217 munny -- 200 on the dress, 7 on the soda, and 10 on the elastics.
I heard news of you guys getting on the World Train!
I don't think I'll be participating -- I actually like it here, and it seems to be peaceful.
Plus I wouldn't miss Talent Nite! It would be fun.
So, that's why my update is so late. :D
If there aren't many other costumers this evening, George said he's gonna help me pick a song.
