[[Treasure Planet: Day 3 - update]]

So... As the day drew to the close, Billy Bones was kind enough to pay us (and the Benbow Inn) a visit. As did the pirates who burned the place to the ground. (Man, two homes destroyed in a few days. Reckon I've got bad luck? Or maybe I am bad luck? *laughs*)

I insisted that Sarah let me wear all my accessories (read: my necklace, my watch, and my wristbands) with my uniform, and I took three seconds to grab Zibble (my darling stuffed animal. Ah, and I carry my laptop with me) so I got away okay with all my stuff.

Jim right now is playing with the map (Oh, he just got it to work). And I'm curled up in a ridiculously comfortable overstuffed chair in Dr. Doppler's study (Man, this place is beautiful. So many books. I gotta make an excuse someday to spend all day here reading ‘em all).

They think I'm insane for not being more excited, but I'm planning right now.

I think I'll go along with Jim -- I'd be crazy to turn down this opportunity. But I know I can't interfere. Which sucks, because if I remember correctly, that means I can't help when Jim's sad, or when the Captain gets hurt, or when the crew mutinies or when Arrow (?) dies.

Okay. Here's what I'll do: If I'm to do something, it'll be after the important things to the plot happen. I won't interfere with the big things though, no worries there. I think I'll buy a bag at the space port, and pack everything important in there. My laptop, a few supplies, and first aid kit, and always keep that with me.

*sigh* I'm more terrified than excited about the adventure. It'll be beautiful, I know, and I can't wait to get into outer space. But I'm scared too. What if things play out in a less child friendly way than they did in the film?

Ah, on that note: Everyone who’s in a potentially dangerous world: Be careful. Don't get over confidant that you know things. Just because real life is different from the movies, you know?

Ohhh, I'm tired. Time to turn in for the night. I know tomorrow’s going to be a long day. G'night everyone.
