WorldPride Update
Hello community!
I hope there are still people reading this.
First of all, I would like to apologize for the less than active status of the community. This has been due to a change in my volunteer role for WorldPride as well as in more professional people taking over parts of the work.
A big resource for anyone wanting to make contact with others planning to come (in a few languages), people looking for things to do, or advertising them, and people looking for house guests, or for a house in which to be a guest. All this can be found at the official WorldPride message board. Open House officials are also wandering around the boards, ready to answer any official type questions you have.
And finally, to those already in Israel, there will be a WP fund raiser this Thursday, June 22nd at 10pm, at the Shushan club (4 Shushan St., Jerusalem). Other than a great party, it will also offer drag performances from the most fabulous of Jerusalem's drag queens and drag kings. Entrance is 40 NIS (or 30 NIS for Open House members).
