Stuttering frame rates...

About two months ago my computer started suffering intolerable frame rate stutters. I'd drop from a steady 60 FPS down to under 30 FPS at regular intervals of 15 seconds, and when doing things like turning around or if there were more effects on screen, or opening my bank etc etc. Basically, two months ago I had to stop raiding and doing battlegrounds and started doing alts. Since 3.0, my overall frame rate has dropped dismally, even with the resolution turned down and all details settings dropped.
After fighting with Dell about this, and many replacement parts over the last few weeks, turns out that Blizzard have had reports of this issue and are looking for more information. Typically, they only posted this a day or two ago.
