i've helped her before. she's mentally retarded. i know that's not the correct term. i helped her lock her bike. i did it "wrong" the first so i had to do it agian. i saw her before i went to froso's like 4 monthes ago. she thought somebody was following her in their car while she was riding her bike. i can't remember what i did.
