ITEM! i misread a newspaper hoarding on my way home last nite, "jamelia: why i will never be queen" - made me do a double take - obv i've got her on the brane since she was the star turn at sunday's finsbury park gig ( - the headline actually said camilla ) - anyway, if jamelia can't be queen perhaps she cld be our head of state in a new gonstitutional democracy?
btw, jamelia = a gorruption of jah melua = so she's katie melua's estranged rastafarian sister - presumably she was ostracised from the rest of the fambly cos she was the talented one - & rocketed to birmingham as a child
ITEM! apparently jamelia is gonna be in the new st trinians film along with rupert everett ( presumably playing miss fritton - & possibly clarence fritton? ), russell brand ( - as flash harry? hmm... ), stephen fry, celia imrie, kylie, all of girls aloud & that mischa barton out of the O.C.
well, there's never been a goob st trinians film since they moved from black & white to colour but it can't be worse than the great st trinians train robbery ( def. not frankie howerd's finest hour ) or the wildcats of st trinians - can it?
ITEM! bb: why did they have the nominations a day early this week? - i was thinking there might be a "surprise" midweek eviction but if so surely we'd know about it by now
i've got mixed feelings abt nicky - "i'm fun goddamn it, i am" - she has behaved pretty badly - but i'm q.keen on small stroppy ppl generally - & she's got a luvly smile ( tho we don't see it that often ) - personally i'd prefer gerry to go but there's no chance of that
i'm really getting fed up w/charley now - the fake eviction didn't work for me & i'd just like to see her get her gomeuppance ( well, evicted & booed a lot ) - on last night's highlights prog it was q.unpleasant watching her bullying & "playing" the other hsemates - bluddy carole was being horrible too - & ziggy: someone put him out of his misery, please
