Another Day
I got back home from work at 10:25 PM. yup. I accidentally over-diluted some DNA and had to precipitate it again. It was kind of sucky. My hands still smell like latex and I'm just lazing around.
I watched the rest of the Butterfly Effect and I'm so glad that there was finally a happy ending. It was a Krazeee mooviee, man. The kids were good actors, I thought.
Wow...I'm too tired to write about my day because it's about the same. Lab stuff, DNA stuff, mess up, redo, feel tired, come home. I mean I do other things too, but this is pretty much the pattern. I wish I had some more time with friends...
Also, turns out that I'm in a bit of a pickle with going to watch Micheal Buble on the 31st. It interferes with other stuff that I do on tuesday nights. I'm still debating whether or not to sell my ticket and buy another one on a different night, or just go on Tuesday and get drunk on happiness.
So there is my pseudo life story. I'm feeling somewhat alone, but too sleepy to really care about these..."emotions."
Oh, I forgot to mention that while Zerina (my super cool co-worker) and I were re-precipitating the DNA, we danced to Destiny's Child and were the last ones to leave the lab. LATE NIGHT DANCE PARTIES! That was definitely a highlight and totally out of my repetitive day loopiness.
I guess that's all for now. I think that I'll start reaching into my Friends Bag when school starts. 4 more weeks of interning and then I start school 3 days after. some vacation, huh...
