some people tell me that I'm
famous.

some people say the female is durable
she lives seven and one half years longer
and drinks very little
because she knows its bad for the figure.

some people say i'm out of my head
or that my heart is water
either melted or ice

and i tell them
while i am out going mad
or dancing and laughing
fresh and out of control
head over head over feet
nothing but you

waiting for the phone to ring
waiting for footsteps
and i smile when you peek in and
metaphysics put your lips on mine

i'm not selfish/upset.
