On Friday I drove down to San Diego with Sarah where I met up with Emily and Justin. We went down to be extras in a commercial for Invisible Children and also to hang out. It was all a lot of fun. For the commercial we went to downtown San Diego and the filmmakers filmed us walking with sleeping bags and pillows and stuff and then sleeping in a street they had closed off. It was supposed to be a reenactment of the children in Invisible Children who were night commuters. It was funny because they kept saying "just one more take" and then we'd do like 80 more.
Before the commercial shoot, we had a photoshoot by the ships

After that we went back to Emily's house to wait for Kaitlin. After she came, we all went to some Japanese food place which was fairly good. After that we went to this Improv Comedy Club which did a Comedy Sportz show like what we bring to school at the start of the year, except these people were much funnier. They had a lot of audience participation and I was the King at throwing out ideas. They took almost all of my ideas that I yelled out when they asked for them. Stuff I yelled out was like velociraptors, Ron Howard, lawn gnomes, etc.
After the comedy show we went to this place called Twiggs and saw this guy named Curtis Peoples perform. He wasn't my favorite when we saw him perform there, but after listening to some of his stuff online, I decided I liked him better. I especially like this song called Something Honest which is a duet with this girl named Saba. He's one of those guitar playing singer/songwriters. He's best friends with Tyler Hilton from One Tree Hill and often opens up for him at Tyler's shows. Go listen to his songs (especially Something Honest) at

After that we went back to Emily's house, played some Scene It and went to sleep. THe next morning was fun because Emily's dad took us out on his boat which was awesome. We were going to go out into the ocean but it was too choppy so we just went around in the bay. Afterwards, Emily, Justin, Sarah and myself found a tree where we took a photoshoot.
On the way to the boat
I picked a flower and we took pictures with it
Justin stuck the flower up my nose
The flower tickled my brain and made me make this face

After lunch at this little Mexican restraunt, we said our goodbyes and drove home. All in all it was an awesome two days.
