Yoga for all!
I'm not sure why I haven't put this link here before, but I have joined yogadownload and I love it. Every class I've tried I've enjoyed. I'm getting stronger and more flexible and this is way cheaper than any in-person yoga classes where I am and I can do it in the comfort of my own home, whoo ( Read more... )
