I'm looking forward to seeing him again tomorrow. Due to not having a place yet, he's being petsat while I get a job and get settled. I think not having that regular routine was causing some of the trouble we had with house training and car training and such.
I found these awesome toys at petco. It's a rope with a loop on one end and a large round knot tied in the other. Makes for good throwing, and was a bit cheaper than the tennis balls on a string. Colt also likes to chew on fibrous stuff, so I figured they'd do better.
I'm looking at frisbee for him, I'd be doing this sort of thing eventually:

Big thing is I need a training mentor. I like Cesar Milan's psychological approach, but there needs to be someone to show it too me--I read one of his books, but these sorts of things I learn better with doing it rather than reading about it.
He can also jump. It's amazing how high, I'd need like a seven foot fence to keep him in if he starts jumping over. We could do parkour together easy.
pics fixed.
