At least 14 to 20 thousand dollars to start a business. That's just the big ticket expenses, not the nitty gritty stuff like consumable materials, web hosting, etc. I'm still having trouble with a name though. Need something descriptive, but somewhat disposable--I'm not looking to make this a long term thing, just get some experience. It might work out differently, but I don't plan on making model railroad stuff forever, I want to do other things.
