I don't really think "post fic only in English" is a good thing in communities.
This community is about countries right? About bringing the world together somewhat.
So, a decision was born.
If you are a fanfic writer, but English holds you back from writing, don't care. To this community you can post your fanfiction in any language you want. Surely not everyone will understand it, but I think fic is to entertain people. I am sure there are fans in your county too and at least they will understand. And from experience, I can say this can help in learning languages too.
So, we are waiting for your wonderful ideas and fics in any language you want to write in. ^__^
