What to See in Madrid

My husband and I are planning a trip to Madrid. We will arrive on a Thursday morning and will be there until Sunday evening. Below is our tentative list of things to do and see, though I know we may not do them all. Just thought you might have some suggestions or thoughts about which sites to definitely see and which sites we could leave out...FYI we will also be bringing an almost-two year old.
