Canadian Adventure (still needs more planning)

I live in central new york and I've always wanted to see more of Canada. I mapped out a tentative route hitting all the interesting cities and such along the Canadian side of Lake Ontario. Obviously this would take probably up to a week to complete, by car. I've been to Toronto and Hamilton but would love to see more. Any suggestions?
