working and traveling abroad?
Well, me and my fiance just graduated and now that we're still pretty mobile, which probably the few times in our lives we will be, so we want to travel and work for a little while.
So, I was wondering, has anyone been abroad for a long term period, working for a year, then traveling for a few months (or however budget allows), and then going straight to another job, in the same or different location, and then traveling again? Just wondering if anyone has done that, and if so, which locations? Also, I was wondering if there are any places that have short term contracts (3-6 months)? We are open to different jobs but figure teaching english might be one of the easier jobs to get, although we don't have any certificates at the moment.
We're most interested in Asian countries, but open to other suggestions.
