A is for Aruba & Netherlands Antilles
Though it seems that these are seen as separate now, they are grouped together in the book I'm using for this community. Therefore they're grouped here as well.
Wikipedia is providing an overview today. The BBC supplements that with an overview and a time-line for Aruba.
