So, after several weeks of truly horrifying food choices, I'm attempting to get my act together. And you know it must have been ugly if I felt like I was going overboard because, let's face it, I wasn't exactly borrn with healthy food instincts.

The thing is, the real wakeup call was that I was sick of feeling like crap. Here I am coming off two solid days of good choices and I'm still exhausted by 10pm. What gives? I know it's only two days, but just a smidge of instant gratification would really help the motivation here.

Oh well. To fruit and whole grains! Whee!
