Brilliant books!
I've just finished two absolutely brilliant books, by journalist/presenter Andrew Collins. They are "Where Did It All Go Right?" and its sequel "Heaven Know's I'm Miserable Now". The first one covers his happy school life in suburban Northampton, the second his 'difficult student 80s' in London. Girlfriends, family, tv, films, playing down the field, living in student digs, post punk records...its all there. They are both fun reads. I adored learning about his past - I identified with it a lot!
