Mom came to visit yesterday, it was a lot of fun. We went to South Haven and met Eric's mom and Dad (and Dane) at their house and we went to lunch in downtown South Haven. We walked around town and did a lot of shopping. We came back to Kzoo, I made dinner for her.. and that was pretty much the day. We also checked out an apartment before we left town in the morning.
Today I had the day off, so I got up and checked out a couple apartments.. fell in LOVE with a townhouse that I looked at. It has an upstairs, basement, and a nice patio off the living room. Central air.. 1 1/2 bathrooms. Gorgeous. The only problem is that it's a little more pricey then regular apartments.. it would end up being almost 900/month with all utilities and cat fees and stuff. However, I just found out that I'm going to be making about $50,000/year, so I think we can pull it off. We might just start out with an apartment and then move up. I am soo in love with those townhouses though!
Stopped at Cingular to get the final details of Monday's training.. shot the shit with my new managers.. they're awesome.
Going to South Haven tomorrow night, then going to Muskegon Sunday morning.. heading back to Kzoo Sunday night, then going to Lansing Monday morning. GAHHH! So much driving..
I'm super excited though.
And holy shit I finally got my laptop screen! Just in time to take it to Lansing.. the only thing that will keep my sanity!
