What an amazing weekend at the Burlington Book Festival--I heard poets Charles Simic and David Huddle, heard Gregory Maguire, and saw a film, "Helvetica," that I absolutely recommend to anyone who is intrigued by typeface design and its influence on the world. Plus, I got to catch up with LJ friends in person--kmessner , cfaughnan , patesden  and tanyaleestone.
