Those strawberries look yummy. I think I'll have to grab a few tomorrow before the seasons over, after all I have a pound cake in the kitchen and cream in the fridge.

Congrats on the getting so much writing done--and hopefully the purging will be over soon.

Strawberries already done around here, but the raspberries at the farmer's market were lovely!

I wrote a couple of essays a few years ago about a sorting experience of my own -- it does stir up a lot of thoughts!

I'd like to hear more about your essays on your sorting experience. Were they published? Are they available on-line?

I ask because, if my essay comes out the way I'd like it to, it may becomepart of an e-publishing experiment: published on-line with all sorts of links and photographs, and a place for comments/contributions by others. If the response merits, it has the possibility of turning into a book published by Champlain Publishing, a new venture that is the brainchild of Tim Brookes (http://www.champlain.edu/Our-People/Meet-a-Few-of-Us/Tim-Brookes.html)

Nope, not published. I just wrote them for my Thursday group once when I was between novels. It never occurs to me to try to publish any of my essays -- I can't imagine anyplace that would be interested. Maybe I should dig them all out and post them on LJ, mwahahahaha.

Hmm. If you're interested, I'll let you know when my essay is finished and posted wherever it ends up. At that point, you can see if you'd like to post your essay as a comment/contribution to the discussion. It could be an interesting way to get various people's thoughts about this sorting process out there.

Stay tuned.
