A couple weeks ago, booksareadrug  (aka BD) posted this about crabapples. Since she ended it with "but my favorite is when Mom makes them into jam," I had to make them into jam, or, in this case, jelly:



if only so I could send a jar to college with BD. Now I'm mulling over crabapple butter and whether it would be worth it.
