Hallelujah!
As of about two minutes ago, I finished the sh**ty first draft of SODSPX.
I am going to celebrate tonight by watching the last half of "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives," and by sleeping in tomorrow morning.
I will also reward myself by listening to "Eddie Izzard: Stripped Live," which I've been saving for this very occasion.
I will be back tomorrow for another 15 minutes of writing, because I am committed to WFMAD for the rest of the month, but only around the edges of revisions (some names need to be found, some minor characters need to be fleshed out--like I said, this is the sh**ty first draft).
But, it's done! Done, da-done, done, DONE!
I never would have thunk it, but from the time the idea hit until the time the SFD was finished, it has been two months.
