After Monday and Tuesday ( this post) came Wednesday:
The crack and thump woke HH at about 3:30. This isn't the only branch from the silver maple that came down. That and my clothesline seem to be the only damage at our house. I've been busy for the last hour trying to make sure nothing would be able to come down on the cars. We're lucky, though; all kinds of people had to deal with downed trees and power outages this morning.
April snow isn't unusual, but this amount is. And it is h-e-a-v-y.
