With so much tragedy and so many tales of carnage coming out of Africa, it was a pleasure to pick up The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, by William Kamkwamba and Bryan Mealer. My library has been featuring this book, but as they're featuring it as adult, and I have been reading almost entirely MG/YA, I haven't actually picked it up. But now that you describe it, it sounds fascinating, so I think I'm going to have to pick it up on my next time in!

Do! There's no reason why teens shouldn't read this. I think it's a great crossover.
