If you don't want to go to the trouble of cooking an actual meal, at least catch a couple of the little buggers for a quick snack. I wouldn't recommend eating them raw, though. At the very least, you should:
1) Boil them in water.
2) Pat dry and tear off their chitinous bits (that's their wings and legs). These should come off pretty easily.
3) Fry them in a skillet with butter and a little garlic.
Hurry! You won't get another shot at this for 17 years!
