One of my favorite things about getting a mix for a fic is when the mixer chooses a song I've never heard before that fits what I wrote PERFECTLY. This is full of examples of that. In particular, "I Am a Vamp!" is so great for Gerard's Louise persona, as well as just being a great song that I am deeply glad to have in my music collection. And the songs I do know, I was delighted to see on here--can we talk about how perfect the inclusion of "When My Boy Walks Down the Street" is?--and the Ella Fitzgerald song is a perfect touch of period-appropriate music.
