Sheldon in a tux? Win! He definitely would do research on something like this... And with all this chivalry, I'm surprised he didn't pick up a top hat! Great job writing his backhanded quirky compliments and relationship with Penny. And she goes along because...what was it Bill Prady said? Oh yeah, she adores him!!
