Four years running, baby! \o/

For my fourth year creating art for spn_j2_bigbang I decided to a take on just a single story going in to claiming, as I wasn't sure how the turn out would be. Well, claim day comes around and I completely forget it about it, joining in on the fun late in the game. Which actually turned out to work out fabulously! Many stories were already struck through but taelynhawker's 'Bleed Out And Take Him In' Sam/Dean story was still up for grabs, which completely threw me because the summary was completely kick ass! I snagged it before anyone else could, promptly came to adore both the story and the author and had a BLAST creating art for it!! I seriously would've just kept right on creating pieces for this fantastic story. ♥

There were bumps along the way due to RL and I cannot thank taelynhawker enough for being so incredibly patient and overall awesome to work with from her reactions to her advice. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! It was a pleasure to work with you on your first ever Big Bang, I can only hope I made your first time a good one!! ♥♥♥

Also, HUGE props and general back patting go to xela_fic for her fabulous work at being my test audience/guinea pig/cheerleader/beta/friend through this year's big bang even though I wasn't her artist this year! ♥ As always, to the lovely wendy and thehighwaywoman for taking the reins on this out pour of fandom creativity year after year! ♥ Lastly, to one Ms. albydarned for nudging me in the right direction four years ago. ♥

Summary: When John Winchester dies he burdens his oldest son with a dark truth and an impossible order to follow- watch out for his little brother and, if need be, kill him to keep him from turning evil. Dean's never disobeyed an order from his father but he won't kill his brother, he'd sooner kill himself. So when Sam's visions get worse and his powers start to grow they have to find another way of stopping Sam's powers and the Yellow Eyed Demon's plans. A way that won't require one brother to kill another.
