Good luck this weekend! My OWL2 debut is not for another 2 and a half weeks (Shelton), so I have some more time to study. I look forward to hearing the write ups. Give Tim a hug for me (just don't stand too close).

Overall, scores might average a little higher as boards become more volatile. Either that or we'll all be playing scared and defensive for a while.

Scores are definitely going up, no question on that. We've got so many additional scoring tools in the 2-4 range, and we'll gonna use them.

I need to put more effort into learning these words. Okay, some effort. But I'm open-minded to the new game and the new world order.

Granted, I have no idea of the equity of the Q anymore, but that's a discussion for another day.

I certainly hope so. Way to go on your SARDINED play last night. It'll be neat to see if we end up playing each other in the tourney.

Hey, I got to play a cool new word last night at the Toronto Scrabble Club: WAZOO for 45 points. I also played FORK, hooking two two-letter-words to form two new threes, (DE)F and (ON)O, for a 39-point play!

I'm all pumped for the tourney this weekend.
