My pitch hit for m3secretsanta is due in about 12 hours, and I am totally stuck. I'm writing it as a future-fic, and the setup as to what M3 are up to now and how they got there is finished and, if I do say so myself, pretty awesome. As in pretty awesome, I mean Parkman and Walker: Private Investigators.
But now I have to write the actual plot of the fic. And it's supposed to be a mystery! *headdesk* I don't watch enough cops shows for this. I'm totally stuck. I think that it's going to be a murder of a white-collar criminal, but that's roughly as much as I've got right now. And I kind of want Mohinder to swoop down and solve the whole thing in a very Monk-like fashion.
Does anyone have any tips on writing a mystery? This is HARD.
