I started laughing in the comments section of my last fic with someone about M3: The Sitcom. And now I realize that it would be a HI-LARIOUS fic idea, to make a little flock of sitcom scripts.
It would definitely be very much in the vein of American family sitcoms. Every episode would begin with a short Mohinder monologue about that night's theme. I'm torn as to whether Matt and Mohinder should be already in a relationship by the time that the pilot starts, or if the first few episodes should lead to them getting together. I guess it depends if I could think of a really good sitcom-y build up to a relationship or not. It would feature the Ghost of Eden as their wacky next door neighbor who's always (obliviously!) hitting on Mohinder.
GHOST OF EDEN: Hey guys! I brought over some mac and cheese. It's what Americans eat when we want to commit suicide slowly.
MOLLY: Too slow for you, huh?
*laugh track*
This is not a project for right now because of finals and everything else. But maybe for later?
But, a little teaser to what I thought about when I was supposed to be paying attention in medieval lit today (...uh): over winter break, I want to learn to fanvid because I want to make

Also? A funny little note: Last night I agonized at length as to whether or not I should post "Manifesting" on the Mylar LJ community. I was afraid that they would go apeshit because of how things ended up, and I posted it straight to the community because I didn't want any weird flaming on my journal if they freaked out (concrit is fine, but I didn't want a bunch of "OH NOES! MYLAR 4EVA! YOU SUXXORS!!"). Actually? They gave better comments than the MattMo folks. Don't get me wrong, I lovelovelove my
mytwoheroes friends LOTS, but all of the the
mylar_fic comments were super long and really sweet (and most of the comments included "You know, I usually can't buy MattMo in fics, but now I think I see the appeal"...I'm turning people to the dark side!...or, well, maybe in this case it's the light side).
Just goes to show you shouldn't stereotype. Huh.
