Olympic-level couch-sitting

Question for the group: Is it pathetic to buy an Olympics game for the PlayStation? It's nearly universally acknowledged that the last decent Olympics video games were Summer Games and Winter Games from Epyx, back in 1984 or so. Eh, if it seems fun, get it. It's not like you don't play video games now and thus is going to drag you into new levels of sloth. You'll probably both game and exercise just about precisely the same amounts as you did before you got the game after you have it.

I've actually been eyeing Mario & Sonic at the Olympics, myself. But I think that might actually involve some teeny modicum of physical exertion, at least.

I'm still looking for the Wii Bike that'll let me play Tour de France. "Yes! You sit on this stationary bike and pedal very hard for two hours. Then you pedal REALLY REALLY HARD for another hour! Then you throw up and your legs fall off! What great fun!"

Get it, of course! I'll definitely try the hurdles/archery/boxing with you at a minimum.

Also, plmk in advance if you're going to take up archery again for real, as I'll bring the videocamera and some popcorn! ;)
