It's no Coral Bagels...
My siblings are still on their cross-country trip, so I was looking up places along their route to see if I could make any suggestions for dining or entertainment. I'm not sure if they're stopping in Knoxville, TN, and I believe not, but it's the only place remaining where I did much of anything. I was there on business, and I didn't really enjoy my stay much, but I could say that I ate at a Mexican restaurant with horrible name of Cozy Mel's. Evidently it's a bit of a chain, and they closed their Knoxville location a couple of years ago. On the news site where I learned this, there are multiple commenters lamenting the fact that now the only decent Mexican in town is at...Chez Guevera. Seriously, were they having some sort of naming contest?
