research paper #2!
so, have recently realized I only have a week to do a research paper on american art and literature and how its different from british art and literature in the periods odf 1800-1860. whoopee. Procrastination is fun. except not. XP. I will die a history death. how horrid. Anyone want to help me?
also, have noticed this sad fact. In every book I've looked in so far concerning this topic, they only mention the same few authors: Hawthorne, Thoreau, Whitman, Melville, and Poe. How is it possible that in 60 years, we only have 5 good authors worth recognition? I know that there are more. But that only these 6 are mentioned in the 4 books I checked out angers me. and disgusts me. bleh.
