Not quite what I had planned...
I had a very relaxing weekend, though I did almost nothing on my list. It was still great.
I am having a very long week, though not in the way I expected. It's still a long week.
I had great plans for the coming weekend, but they've changed. It'll be wonderful to see family again, though I'm sad it's for a funeral.
I'll miss my cousin, though I believe he's in a better place and I know bad things sometimes happen to good people.
That's what I keep telling myself, anyway.
It just won't feel right to wear black for him.
