There's a debate going on about Julian Assange. I thought it might make a good example for my debate mapping technique, which I want to turn into software some day when I have time (or a horde of devoted coding minions).

(Failure to use a condom in non-marital sex is a crime where Assange lives.)

Haven't had time to read your entire post yet but just chipping in to say actually this is not the case. This is misinformation from Assange's lawyer. Assange is not charged with "having sex without a condom" which isn't a crime, he is charged with rape because he allegedly had intercourse with someone who had only agreed to have sex with him if he used a condom, while sneakily not using one, and also initiating intercourse with someone who was not capable of consenting at the time (they were asleep/unconcious).
