- I like to read reasoning novel. I like this book. I will read it until the end of this book.
Summarize what you read in five to ten sentences.
-When Holmes and Watson were at london, a woman visited their house. She has four family members, father, mother and her younger sister. But her father was stepfather. Her mother is very rich, but her father is poor . Her mother was died 8 years ago and her sister also died 2 years ago.Her mother said her legacy inherit to her two sister and husband. Both of them were killed by accident. But she couldn't understand why her sister died. Her sister said she heard the whistle and the sound of falling metal.Her last word was 'speckled band'. So Holmes and Watson decide to go her house. they found a ball-rope and air-vent at her sister's room. Holmes think amazingly about the air-vent locate. Because AIr-vent usually on outside of wall.He said they will come here when her father goes to bed. At that night, she send a light to them and they come to her sister's room. They staied there about three hours. After that they heard quiet whistle sound. Suddenly, Holmes his the bell-rope. Watson doesn't understand why he do that. A minute later they heard a terrible cry in the next door. They went into the father's room. There's a snake which is speckled band. Her father died by that snake's poison. This is a full account of an accident. Her father has speckled band which is snake. Father want to kill his daughters for his legacy. So he release his snake at night and his snake goes to the daughter's room by the bell-rope. But Holmes hit the rope when the snake in coming down to the rope. So the snake is very angry and goes back to father's room and bite him. So he was died by his animal. After that accident, she get married with her boyfriend and try to forget about that terrible accident.
What was your favorite part?
-Holmes's cleverness. The scene of hitting the rope, It was very impressive.

-His cleverness is so fine.
