The kind people at the Agronomy Centre behind the Traveller's Rest are really trying to help us find Humbug.  They took a photo of the black and white fluffy cat who's a regular there.  It's a different black and white fluffball, with a white face.  Not Humbug

Alex did that once. He was missing for nine days. Turned out he was camped over in the next street with the nice Indian grandmother who spoiled him rotten!

He was quite elderly at the time and so we feared he was gone for good. But no. He was being spoiled by the elderly lady on the courtyard.
