(no subject)
Ugh..
Stuff happened last night..
Went to sign the contract for my new TV room carpet last night. Good thing. On the drive home, I hit a little grey kitten.. killed it. :( Bad thing. It was dark, someone was riding my bumper. I tried to swerve, but hit it anyway. I got home and was consoled by my purring Bailey.
On the bright side, just wrote the check to payoff my CC that bought the TV. Just sent out money for the landscapers to come and do our front yard.
Yesterday was amusing and just typifies my town. In the morning, the weather report was gloom/doom. Severe thunderstorms, lightning, high winds were predicted. As the morning wore on, it went to 'potential' of damaging t-storms. By the time afternoon came, it was 'clouds'. We got dog nuttin'. The only water we've gotten was a five (5) minute downpour last week.. or was that 2 weeks ago now? Oh.. and the dew in the morning. Reminds me of a Sting song where part of the chorus is:
'Heavy cloud but no rain.'

I don't know what it is, but there are just some times when the character I'm playing just gets pulled in. When it happens, it's really amusing. Sometimes I can see it happening, and other times, it's 'Hey! How'd that happen?!'.
