The Weekend Has Un-Landed

There is something about a late sunday night that im not too fond of. i know it has a small part to do with the possibility of monday-itis, but i think its that but they time sunday rolls around i start to get into that 'holiday' mode when i feel like work doesnt even exist anymore, like i have the rest if my life to party everyday. then i snap back into reality and realise work is around the corner... but work never really is that bad once i get there, im lucky to have great people to work with.
i have my first test for my customs broker course on the 19th sept - am pretty nervous about it! ive always been the one to do so well in class during the semester, and then i freak about the tests and blow it. but that was back in highschool, so hopefully this time around things will improve!

ive taken down my matthew pavlich backdrop for the dark italian guy with a hand towel covering his goodies - i feel kinda guilty. poor pav...

has a blast over the weekend. we had connies birthday. we stayed in the acacia hotel in northbridge, it was so fun to just spend the night away from home. we walked in the sunshine for a few hours, stopping at the moon cafe for beer. great atmosphere, and even better friends to share it with. then had italian for dinner and then we hit dreamland karaoke! it was awesome, i love karaoke more and more each time i go. i know im a terrible singer, but i dont care, its fun pretending that you can sing! my fav songs i belted out were because you loved me (celine dion) and yesterday (the beetles) lol! and of course hearing cadby sing whip it! great memories! then we walked around today and did yum cha at dragon seafood. oh boy was it good. even better than last time, the people who work there are so so so fast on thier feet, you never have to wait for service, i recommend you go! thankyou weekend, you did well this time round :)
